When a guest enables the ‘Are your dates flexible’ toggle, they enter the Flexible Dates View. The standard Room Card remains visible, each with a horizontally scrollable calendar of daily rates. Restrictions such as minimum stay are clearly indicated. Available on both desktop and mobile, Flexible Dates View is an intelligently-designed competitive advantage as mobile-optimised flexible date search is not yet widely offered in the market.

On the Select Dates or Select Rooms page, the guest activates the Are your dates flexible toggle,entering the Flexible Dates View as a natural extension of their Customer Journey.

Each room card displays a live rate calendar. The guest scrolls through dates, comparing pricesand availability. Restrictions are shown in red, full pricing transparency as part of the BookassistEcosystem.

Guest selects dates and books direct

The guest selects their preferred date combination and proceeds through the standard bookingflow, room configuration, guest details, checkout. A direct booking secured at a lower CPA. Thatis how we make your bookings more profitable.

FAQ

Is Flexible Dates View enabled by default?

Yes. The general availability option is activated by default for all AI Booking Platform hotels as part of the Bookassist Ecosystem. Hotels can also set Flexible Dates as the default view, or configure it to activate automatically when no availability is found for a guest’s initial date selection.

Does Flexible Dates View show accurate pricing?

Yes. Once dates are selected, the price is accurate. The rates are identical to what a guest would see with a direct date entry, full transparency throughout the Customer Journey.

How does Flexible Dates View work on mobile?

On mobile, the rate calendar within each room card scrolls horizontally, guests swipe
