Hotels can set one headline and up to three individual selling points, such as complimentary late checkout, a welcome drink on arrival, or a best rate guarantee, displayed on both the Select Dates page and the Select Rooms page.
USPs are managed by the hotel through the Bookassist Extranet. AI-powered translation is built in: hotels set their USPs once in their preferred language and have them translated across every active Booking Platform language, with the option to review, approve, and manually refine per language.

Go to the Unique Points tab in Hotel Setup within the Bookassist Extranet. Set a title and up tothree USP lines in your chosen base language.
AI translates across all languages
Click the AI translation button, select your source language, and choose which active languagesshould receive the translation. Review, approve, and edit any language individually if needed.

USPs appear at two key moments: the Select Dates page and the Select Rooms page. On
desktop, they display as an expanded panel. On mobile, they appear as a swipeable
carousel above the booking search bar, intelligently designed for every device.
How many USPs can a hotel set?
Each hotel can set one title and up to three individual Unique Selling Points, each with a
maximum of 50 characters. The system enforces this with a live counter to ensure text
displays correctly across the full Customer Journey on all devices.
Can USPs be different for different markets?
Yes. While AI translation provides a starting point for every active language, hotels can
manually edit the content per language, adapting tone of voice, incentives, and offers to make direct bookings more profitable in each specific market.
